QiGong Parking System Control Board Ticket Printing Machine
By systematically recording vehicle entry and exit events along with their corresponding site locations, the parking lot ticket terminal facilitates comprehensive monitoring of both vehicle flow and stationary status.
- Off-street parking management: Airports, shopping malls, office buildings, and other enclosed parking facilities
- Municipal parking systems: Supplementary ticket terminals for roadside payment kiosks
- Extended use cases: Temporary ticketing stations at convention centers, electronic pass issuance for scenic areas
Applying solutions
Ticket boxes are generally used in paid parking lots and VIP parking lots. The equipment is simple and efficient to manage, with low requirements for license plate recognition. There are two combination options:
1. Ticket box + smart barrier gate + parking management system: Low cost, low management requirements, generally used in small parking lots on the outskirts of cities, but requires staff to collect fees or issue cards to ensure the normal operation of the parking lot.
2. Ticket box + license plate recognition + smart barrier gate + intelligent parking fee management system: Suitable for places with high traffic efficiency requirements, such as airports, shopping malls, and business centers. The ticket box, as a device in conjunction with license plate recognition, ensures the efficient operation of the parking lot.

Automated Ticket-Based Parking System
This is a standard single-entry, single-exit parking control system. When a vehicle enters, it triggers the loop detector, and the Ticket Dispenser (ticket printing machine) issues a parking ticket. Once the driver collects the ticket, the barrier gate lifts to allow access.
At the exit, the driver inserts the ticket into the Ticket Verifier for validation and payment. The system supports multiple payment options, including cash, coins, QR code, and Visa cards. Upon successful verification, the exit gate opens, and the vehicle leaves.
This system relies on a ticket machine for issuing, validating, and managing tickets, enabling a smooth and automated parking experience.
When a temporary vehicle approaches the entrance barrier gate, the induction loop (Loop) detects the vehicle’s complete stop. The driver presses the button on the Ticket Printing Machine to automatically receive a paper ticket stamped with the entry time. The barrier gate then lifts, allowing the vehicle to enter the parking facility. This automated “detect-ticket-release” process ensures quick access for temporary users while preventing unauthorized tailgating.
Monthly subscribers simply hold their VIP card near the Ticket Machine’s sensor at the entrance. Upon validation, the barrier gate rises automatically. The gate remains open for approximately 60 seconds (delay closure) after the vehicle passes the induction loop, ensuring safe entry. Users retain the VIP card for seamless exit verification later.
The barrier gate remains open until the vehicle’s rear axle completely exits the closing loop detector. This dual-loop system (entry loop + closing loop) guarantees the gate only closes when the vehicle is fully clear, eliminating collision risks.
After payment (cash/card/digital), staff activates the exit gate. As the vehicle departs, the closing loop detector confirms full clearance before auto-locking the barrier. VIP users simply tap their card on the Ticket Machine for instant exit, bypassing manual verification.
The system combines Card Dispenser and Card Reader for seamless access control. Upon entry, drivers press the green button to receive an ID card (or custom IC card) pre-linked to their license plate and entry time. Monthly subscribers tap their cards for instant access, while temporary users park after card retrieval. At exit, staff insert the card into the management center’s Card Reader for fee calculation and payment (cash/digital), triggering immediate gate release.
The system specializes in barcode ticket management. The entrance unit integrates license plate recognition to auto-print tickets with plate numbers and entry timestamps (QR/CODE128). At exit, staff use handheld scanners for instant validation, supporting dynamic pricing. Built with aluminum housing (-25℃~70℃) and interference-resistant scanners (≤0.3s recognition), it handles 8,000+ daily transactions with low-paper alerts and AES-256 encryption. Fully compatible with card-based systems for hybrid parking management.
