With 500 parking spaces, it experiences a high volume of employee vehicles, visitor vehicles, and external business vehicles entering and exiting during peak hours. Traditional manual or semi-automatic parking management methods are insufficient to meet the comprehensive demands of modern office spaces for efficiency, intelligence, and security.
The owner now requires a license plate recognition parking management system to manage vehicle entry and exit, achieving data-driven, intelligent, and modular management.

Solution
The parking management needs of the business center require an upgrade in modern management technology. We have extensive experience in internal management systems and paid parking management, and we have integrated various management modules. For the three entrances and three exits, we have configured license plate recognition integrated machines, smart barrier gate, and smart parking management system.
Internal Vehicles: Employees need to register in advance, and their license plate numbers are entered into the intelligent parking management system. Long-term access permissions are set, allowing free entry and exit. Upon employee departure, the permissions are revoked, and the vehicle becomes a temporary vehicle.
Visitor Vehicles: The department being visited needs to submit the visitor’s license plate number and visitor information to the management office. The management office registers this information in the parking management system. Visitor vehicles have free access during authorized time periods, and detailed records are maintained in the system.
Temporary Vehicles: After the license plate number is scanned by the license plate recognition system, the vehicle can enter the parking lot. The system begins timing and charging in the background. Temporary vehicles can only leave the parking lot after successful payment.
The entire system has been successfully delivered and is operational. The client is very satisfied with the management system and license plate recognition equipment, which improves parking lot traffic efficiency and operational revenue, and makes the office environment safer.
