Background
Zhanjiang West High-Speed Railway Station officially opened on July 1, 2018. With a total construction area of 25,000 square meters and a designed annual passenger capacity of at least 10,000, and a ground-level parking lot with approximately 500 parking spaces, it is a vital transportation hub.
The station management places high demands on parking lot management. Facing such heavy traffic, the parking lot must ensure smooth and efficient entry and exit. Congestion can create significant management challenges, impacting the passenger experience and posing a significant challenge to the management.
QIGONG Parking Operations proposed an unmanned parking solution that ticketless and supports mobile payment. The solution was successfully implemented and received satisfactory customer feedback.

Solution
The Qigong Parking Services team tailored a solution for the high-speed rail station’s high traffic volume. The parking lot features 10 entrances and 10 exits. Entrances are unmanned, and online mobile payment is supported within the parking lot. Exits are staffed to ensure prompt handling of special needs.
Entrance: The entrance is equipped with a license plate recognition integrated machine and a lane assist camera, and with a light pole searchlight, vehicles can enter the parking lot without feeling, ensuring efficient and smooth vehicle entry throughout the day.
Vehicles without license plates can enter by scanning the QR code with the account number bound to the mobile payment account to manage parking time and fees.
Parking payment system：The parking lot supports WeChat and Alipay mobile payments. Customers can scan the payment code inside the parking lot. Before leaving the parking lot, scan the QR code and enter their license plate number to check parking time and parking fees. After successful payment, they can leave within the free time.
Eixt：A license plate recognition system and lane-keeping cameras are installed at the entrance. When a customer reaches the exit, the camera scans the license plate number. If the payment is successful, the door automatically opens. If the payment is unsuccessful, the license plate recognition system will display the license plate number, parking time and fee. The customer can then scan the code to pay and leave the parking lot.
All parking lot entrance and exit management devices are managed through a single network and backend system. Different management accounts and permissions can be assigned to administrators, and cloud platform management is supported.
The backend displays data models for various indicators, including traffic flow statistics and revenue reports.
The system includes a duty monitoring function that monitors vehicle entry and exit status and provides images of each lane.
